GO LEAD hosts the IRS Tax Compliance Workshop for Small and Medium-Size Tax-Exempt Organizations. This workshop explains what 501(c)(3) organizations must do to keep their tax-exempt status and comply with tax obligations. Topics include: introduction tax-exempt status, unrelated business income, employment issues, form 990 series, and required disclosures.
Continuing education credits, are being offered, through professional programs. These credits will be worth 6 hours and include: CEU, CPE, and CLE.
Two outstanding IRS employees, Cheryl A. Teser and James Harmon, have provided expansive knowledge and experience and may help you further your understanding of how to keep your 501(c)(3) organization up-to-date with tax obligations.
